Deepening our understanding of the complex, emotional, and often invisible dynamics of educational innovation. Recognizing that linear models fall short in addressing real-world complexity, we aim to develop, test, and share alternative research and change approaches that better reflect the unpredictable and emotional nature of educational practice. Our mission is to build rich repertoires of tools that can hold space for the visible and invisible aspects of change—such as beliefs, emotions, politics, and energy—while fostering a vibrant learning community of researchers and professionals.

2. Outline the invisible and emotional dimensions of educational change.
3. Create a marketplace where researchers and professionals can exchange insights, co-develop methods, and experiment with new methods.
