Dear upcoming EAPRIL conference attendees,
We’ve received signals that registering for the conference via PheedLoop can sometimes be a bit confusing. Therefore, we’d like to offer some clarity regarding the steps you need to take.
For many participants, it may be beneficial to first become a member of EAPRIL and then pay the discounted conference fee available to members. The difference in price is approximately €124, while a Full EAPRIL Membership 2025 costs €85.00. However, this does mean you’ll need to register as an EAPRIL member first.
If you’ve already done this via the previous (Earli-Eapril) system, you should have received an email allowing you to register for the conference at the reduced rate. If not, you’ll need to first apply for a EAPRIL Membership 2025.
Please note: because students receive a discount on membership, our office staff must verify the requested membership and has to manually approve every request. This means you won’t be able to register for the conference immediately after applying for membership.
Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that confirmation emails for membership and conference registration are not always sent or end up in the spam folder. If you’re unsure whether your application was successful, you can contact the EAPRIL Office to check. Please keep this in mind as the Early Bird deadline approaches.
To summarize:
EAPRIL Members:
- Use the Pheedloop registration link.
- Please note: the old EARLI–EAPRIL dashboard no longer supports membership or conference registration.
- Your login credentials from the old system will not work in Pheedloop.
- As an existing EAPRIL member, you should have received an email from Pheedloop with your new login details.
Non-Members:
- We recommend first becoming an EAPRIL member, which allows you to benefit from the discounted conference fee (see point 1 above). Register as a member here.
- If you prefer not to become a member, please select the “Non-member” category during registration. This option does not require a login.
Important notes:
- Memberships: Our staf has to verify each request for a membership. This means your membership must be manually approved before you can register for the conference. Student members have also to provide proof before approval.
- Confirmation emails: Pheedloop confirmation emails (for both membership and conference registration) are sometimes not delivered or may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder and contact the EAPRIL office if you are unsure whether your registration was successful.
- Payment options: Registration fees can only be paid by card.
- Invoicing: You can already download your receipt in Pheedloop. The official invoice will be created manually, and will be sent as soon as we can.
