Registration fee includes all conference materials, 3 warm lunches, drinks during coffee breaks and lunches, snacks and fresh fruits during the coffeebreaks and a conference reception on Thursday evening. The conference reception will take place in the University Chapel. There will be busses going to the reception ( a 15 minute ride) from the conference venue immediately after the end of the programme on Thursday.
The fee dus not include your hotel accommodation or the conference dinner taking place on Wednesday evening, 18 November at the Park Plaza Hotel.

Hotel bookings

Regrettably the Park Plaza hotel where the conference takes place is now fully booked. The hotels listed here have made special arrangements with us for the participants of the EAPRIL Conference in Trier. Every hotel has block-booked a number of rooms for us until the 9th of November (final deadline for registrations). After that date, the rooms will be released and the special prices will no longer apply. Please contact the hotels directly for reservations and do not forget to mention that you are a participant of the EAPRIL conference in order to get a reduced rate.

If you choose to book at the Golden Tulip Hotel an additional Registration form must be filled out for their bookings. You can download this form here.

 

Cancellation Policy
Please note that in case of cancellation before October 20th 2009, we charge 40% of the conference fee. A cancellation has to be done by sending an e-mail to info@eapril.org.

After October 20th 2009, there will be no refunds for cancelled registrations.
Hotel bookings can be changed or cancelled and refunded until 9 November 2009. After this date, no changes or refunds for hotel bookings can be made.
There is no refund for the EAPRIL membership fee.
